Bullworker Facts & Myths
 
1)      Smaller size is less effective - FALSE
It is impossible to exercise a muscle partially. One cannot exercise only 50% of a bicep muscle. Once a muscle is engaged in resistance, all the muscle fibers are engaged.
Every user has a different level of strength resulting in different levels of compression. You are never too tall or too short.
ANY level of compression engages the muscles for strength.
 
2)      3-tube design is better than 2-tube design - FALSE
The 3-tube X-5 design was to maximize the compression distance, IF certain design features were used. ONLY the Bullworker X-5 had 100% compression ratio (15 inches) design. The Bullworker Classic 2-tube design has a 67% compression ratio (11 inches). The India Super 4 & Bully Xtreme has only 8+ inches of travel, inferior use of the 3-tube design.  The Black handles cannot compress completely.
 
Note: It is IMPOSSIBE to have one-tube work independent from the other.
The level of resistance is always equal to each side. These are the laws of Physics.
 
3)      Bullworkers are hard on your joints - FALSE
The so-called “retro-pressure” is no greater than the resistance provided from free weights.
50 lbs of resistance from a Bullworker is not greater than 50 lbs from free weights.
Most complaints of joint irritation are from older users, trying to exceed their joint limitations with resistance levels much greater than their joints can handle. Tendons and ligaments are the weakest “link in the chain” as one age. This is especially true with free weight users.  Respect this product and you will get GREAT results.
 
5) Bullworkers are only for isometric exercise - FALSE
While Bullworker provides excellent results with an isometric program, often overlooked are the additional fitness routines that can be performed with Bullworker: Isotonic, Iso-Motion, Resiliency, Endurance, Cardio and Maintenance Training. These very effective fitness routines are the “Best Kept Secret in Fitness”
There is nothing dated about Bullworker fitness.
 
4)      Bullworker inferior Warranty - FALSE
Bullworker has always offered a product warranty… listed or not. Bullworker Quality has been in effect since 1963. They will eventually wear out… but many users have over 30 years of use from their Bullworker. The quality construction and the 5-year warranty against mechanical defects have served Bullworker users for almost 50 years.
 
As for “Lifetime Warranty”… BEWARE. 
The manufacturers of the Super 4 & Bully Xtreme only offer a 1-year warranty. Why?
Do they know something the consumers do not?

NEVER improve on the quality of the product.

Isometrics is based on FIXED RESISTANCE. Model size has no effect of these principles.
